Liesl has been a practicing physical therapist for 20 years with specialties in pelvic floor rehabilitation and more recently in functional movement assessment and training. She began her yoga journey over a decade ago when she was searching for ways to deal with high levels of stress and anxiety. Jean-Marie
Jean-Marie is a perpetual student. As a Yogi she has studied with Anahata Integral Teachers, Pam Britt and Chris Morton for 200 hrs, and has completed her 500hr advanced teacher training with At Om Teachers, Lisa Meyers, Nel Norwesh, and Asa Dustin. JM also has an ongoing self-study practice, meditating daily and being present in each moment. More .....

Lisa
After spending most of her life dancing, performing and teaching dance, Lisa started practicing yoga to stretch and breathe. She realized that yoga was more than stretching and breathing and became a serious practitioner. She was swept away after her first shakti flow yoga class at At Om Yoga and became a committed practitioner.  More .....

Satonya
Satonya first began practicing yoga during university as a way to stay fit after reoccurring stress injuries from competitive running. What began as fitness and athletic based yoga inevitably sparked a more spiritual pursuit. Each time she stepped on her yoga mat she began to cultivate compassion for herself instead of criticism. The lessons she learned on the mat translated strongly to her life off the mat. More......

 

Brian

Brian started practicing yoga as a means to quit smoking and while successfully doing so he also fell in love with the feeling of inner peace and solitude the practice gave him. He explores many different yoga disciplines and is a perennial student, especially relating to the flow and breath components of vinyasa yoga. Brian is committed to teaching all levels with the intention of holding space for practitioners to realize the life changing benefits of yoga practice. More .....
